The first production was in 2005 including varietals: Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Blend (30% Cab-Sauv, 30% Merlot, and 40% Malbec), with a total of 2.300 bottles. The grapes come from a vineyard in La Consulta that we are able to control in order to achieve a yield of no more than 80 to 100 qq. It is aged in barrels for 6 to 8 months before aging in bottles for an additional 6 months in underground cellars.
