Description
“La Celia”, a tribute to the daughter of the founder, Don Eugenio Bustos. She inherited the estate and winery, and commanded it for almost five decades.
A structured and complex wine. Elegant, balanced and good concentration.

San Carlos, Uco Valley, Mendoza. Fermentation: Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks and new oak Frech cask. 18 days at 16°C. 30% malolactic fermentation.
